On the final day of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics swimming and diving championships, Brenau totaled 259 points to secure the No. 6 spot in national rankings and improve upon the team’s eighth-place 2012 national ranking. Four Golden Tigers swimmers – Meredith Barrington, Michelle Billeaud, Hannah Boudreaux and Mary Katherine Jabbia – were named to the NAIA All-America team. For the second consecutive year, Tigers head swim coach Blaire Bachman picked up “Coach of the Year” honors in the Appalachian Swim Conference.
