Maggie Murphy, WC ’07,  married Jason Sorel on May 12 in St. Simons Island, Georgia, her hometown. The couple currently resides in Savannah, Georgia. Maggie graduated in June 2013 with high honors from South University and earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She was given the Professional Excellence Award, one of three recognized out of her graduating class. Maggie hopes to obtain employment at a university, working in career counseling and helping students with their future endeavors.
