Kristi Shepherd, BU ‘18, and husband Jeremy adopted their foster child in August. He is three years old and a joyful, healthy ray of sunshine in their lives. His new name is Matthew John Shepherd and together they are a happy little family. Kristi and Jeremy plan to continue to foster children as long as they can and adopt children who also need a forever family, like Matthew once did.
