Dr. John “Myron” Faircloth, EWC ’02, was inducted into the Golden Key Honor Society in 2010. This international society comprises more than 400 chapters at colleges and universities around the world. It is committed to a high standard of scholastic achievement, integrity, respect, collaboration and diversity. Dr. Faircloth was also honored with the Valdosta State University Nursing Facility in Clinical Excellence Award. His accomplishments were formally commended by Gov. Nathan Deal on April 4. Faircloth advocates for nurses in Georgia by helping to introduce laws that expand the authority of nurse practitioners.
