Chikela Owens, WC ’11, was recently voted as the newest member of the Beula Rucker Museum Board of Directors. Owens currently works with the Gainesville, Georgia, law firm of Bell & Washington and is the coordinator of Generation Inspiration’s Youth Leadership Academy, which operates through the museum.   Christine Abundis, WC ’12,  married Ismael Hernandez in a small civil ceremony on July 16, 2013. The couple now awaits a large ceremony with family in Texas.
