Jessica Vaughn Moss, WC ’80, was appointed by Gov. Nathan Deal to fill the solicitor general vacancy in Cherokee County. Sworn in on Sept. 4, Moss was formerly the chief assistant solicitor-general of the State Court of Cobb County. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brenau University and law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. She and her husband Garry live in Ball Ground.
